Sustainability Governance Structure
The Board of Directors attaches great importance to lead PTG in a business that takes into account
the economy, society and environment with the Corporate Governance & Sustainability Committee, and thr Corporate Governance & Sustainability Management Working Group appointed as a mechanism
that drives organizational sustainability to meet the standards and respond to the expectations of
all groups of stakeholders
Sustainability Management Policy
PTG realizes the importance of responsible businesses and taking into account all groups of
stakeholders. Thus, the Company combines its commitment to developing sustainable business with its
operational strategy to emphasize efforts to maintain a balance between operations for economic,
social and environmental development. The Company has announced and enforced a sustainability
management policy in line with the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals as a framework for
developing sustainable operational efficiency throughout the supply chain, including raising
awareness of employees to participate in driving the organization towards sustainability. In this
regard, PTG reviews the policy annually to improve in line with the shifting business trends that
reflect emerging challenges.
